Hey Crafty People! Today I'm sharing a fun, ink blending technique using embossing to create a pattern. I'm making a whole bunch of gift tags using several of the products included in the   Birthdays DIY Papercrafting Kit . The technique I'm using is called emboss resist; you stamp and emboss onto your cardstock, I like to use either white or clear embossing powder, then you can ink blend over the top and the embossing will resist the ink. You can wipe any excess ink off the embossing and you have the stamped pattern perfectly visible. I used several of the small stamp images within the Birthday stamp set (included in the kit) to create several different repeat stamping patterns on a variety of tags. Once this was embossed, I grabbed two of the inks included in the kit, and created a few different blends over the tags. Hi Friends, Anushree here, I am back on the blog. Today I have two cards which I made using new release by Tubby Craft. This one is released in January 2021. Here is my first card I have made this using  Script stamp https://www.tubbycraft.com/script1.html Layered roses https://www.tubbycraft.com/layered%20roses.html I have prepared my background using script stamp and heat embossed in red powder. I used Imperial red and Emerald green ink to ink my roses and heat embossed them in gold powder. Sentiment is also heat embossed in gold powder. I completed my card with some golden wire.  Hello Crafty Folks.. I hope you are having a great time with our latest October release and with so many inspirations.. My first card is a clean and simple floral card using the Tubby Craft Bloom Stamp. This is a beautiful stamp with an Iris flower and a bud.  Let's have a look at the card first.  For this card, I stamped the flowers on the water color paper and colored it using the water colors from my stash. After I was satisfied with the water coloring I fussy cut the image and kept it aside. Then I stamped the doodled vertical lines on a side folding note card measuring 4.25x 5.5 inches Neenah solar white  cardstock. To add a little drama I changed the green pigment to the lightest available in my stash to color the doodled leaves.  I splattered some watercolour using black and ripe plum water color on the background for the added interest. Hey everyone, Welcome back... This is DT Priyadarshini here today with baby cards. I have three cards with different backgrounds and they all have embossing. It is always fun to have make your own background for cards using stencil and inks.  Card 1 - It's a boy To make this card, I first did stenciling using Dot Illusion stencil.  I used, versamark ink since I wanted to do heat embossing.  While the versamark is still wet, I added silver embossing powder and heat set it.  Since heat embossing resists inking, I did inking using Aqua blue ink and turquoise. I kept the centre of the card light and darker towards to edges.  I stamped the cute show image from It's a boy stamp set along with some stars and sentiment.  After colouring the image, I fuzzy cut it and added a black strip to the card and finished it by adding the sentiment and stars.  Card 2 - It's a girl For my second card, I used checkered stencil...
