Easy background techniques with Anushree

Hello friends,
Anushree today on Tubby craft blog, Diwali has just passed but festive season is not yet over. Today I have a Christmas card and a Birthday card to inspire you with full pictorial. I have tried some fun and quick backgrounds with Tubby craft inks and stamps. So let's start our picture loaded post.

CARD 1

Procedure

1. Firstly I have taken a white sheet and have done ink blending on whole sheet with Aqua Blue Tubby craft dye ink.

2. Then I used snowflake paste to create some snow in the sky and on the bottom by just spreading it.

3. I have used this elephant on a cycle image from Adorable runner stamp set. I stamped it on a separate sheet, colored it with tubby craft dye ink using water as a medium and fussy cut it.

4. Then I took a bigger size base white card stock and adhered my snow background. Next I attached my Elephant image with double sided tape. I have also attached some embellishments like gift boxes and handmade poinsettia flower.

5. Lastly attached a sticker sentiment to the card with double sided tape and my card is done.

Couple of floral cards by Piyu

Hello there!
How are you doing?
It's Piyu here today to inspire you with a couple of floral cards using 2 beautiful floral stamp sets.
Here is my first card made using Swirls and Florals stamp set.
I stamped the floral images from the this set using Jet black dye ink pad and colored them using Copic markers.
Then I added the sentiment from the Fancy Sentiments stamp set.

For my second card, I used the Floral Peony stamp set. I stamped the images in Jet Black Dye ink pad. I used masking technique to overlap the flowers. Then I colored them with copic markers. I added some highlights with white gel pen. I fussy cut the image and adhered it onto a cardstock. Then I stamped the sentiment from the Fancy sentiments stamp set.

Here's the list of Tubby Craft supplies I have used -
1) Acrylic blocks

2) Jet Black dye ink

3) Floral Peony

4) Swirls and Floral

 5) Fancy Sentiments

Two floral cards by Anu

Hey there crafty people :)
This is Anu.
As we are already in weekend mood so
today I am sharing two easy lazy cards with you all.

Let's quickly hop on to the first one !

CARD 1: MIXED MEDIA FLORALS

Follow these steps to make this card :)

STEP 1: MAKING BASE
For the base I created some texture on a white
cardstock using some tissue paper & mixed media paste.

And then added some ink randomly.
I used TUBBY CRAFT "hot pink" dye ink.

STEP 2: STAMPING
Stamp some leaves from TUBBY CRAFT
"camelia flowers" stamp set using "lawn green" &
"emerald green" dye inks.

STEP 3: GETTING ALL PIECES TOGETHER
Firstly stick a wreath base & then
start gluing the big leaves & small ones around them.
Build the whole wreath with flowers & leaves.

At last I added the words from TUBBY CRAFT
"manika" stamp set.

To finish it up adhere the base on to a note card.
And it's done !

Some close ups for you all :)

Okay so it's time for another one!

STEP 1: MAKE BACKGROUND
