Mice-y cards... with DT Anirudh

H ello, friends! Today, I've got two fresh and vibrant projects to share with you all using the latest Tubby release;   CARD 1 This card was really easy to put together. I started by creating the beach sunset scene using Chinese blue, Sapphire blue and Turquoise dye inks for the sea; Chocolate brown and mustard yellow for the sand; and Lemon yellow and Tangy orange for the sky. Our awesome blending brushes provide a smooth blend and are so ergonomically designed. I used Tangy orange to ink a die-cut circle for the sun as well. I then stamped the mice with binoculars using Jet black ink, copic colored it and fussy cut it out. For the sentiment, I simply white heat embossed onto black cardstock. Lastly, I assembled the entire card on a red cardbase and also added a few flying birds using black pen along the sun to set the scene. And there we have our cute mice-y card! Let me show you all the next example... CARD 2 For this card, I began by stamping the mice with the roe and then mask

Sky is the limit- ft. Flying high stamp set

Hello everyone!  I’ve created a sweet little scene using the fun airplane image. I used newly launched  Plane flying    stamp set from February release ! This is a very cute set with a plane and four different critters that you can use to fly the plane, so much fun! I choose to let the plain be flown by the adorable unicorn! I stamped the images and fussy cut these. You can place that image just so it will fit the drivers seat of the plane. This card is A2 size and I started by stenciling & masking the clouds over the card front. I then splattered it up with water. I Copic colored the image.  I stamped the plane image with black ink onto the white cardstock and then fussy cut out.   By fussy cutting right on the line, I then added the images into the scene along with some clouds to complete the card. Card-2 This is another great release over at Tubbycraft 🙂 It’s one of those releases which is awesome because it contains a lot of the essentail things we need for cardmaking all th

Women's day cards l DT Priyadarshini

Hello everyone This is DT Priyadarshini here and today I will be sharing 2 cards for International women's day. I found a beautiful quote online about how strong women raises other women instead of tearing them down. With this being said, let's dive into the two cards I have to share today.  Card 1 My first card is a simple one using Bloom stamp set, Dot illusion stencil and sentiment from Special day greetings stamp set.  I stamped the image on white cardstock and coloured it with pencils.  I stamped the image again on masking paper so I can stencil around the image. I added the masking paper and used dot illusion stencil and used Lavender violet ink to stencil.  Using Jet black ink, I added the sentiment and some pearls to finish the card.  Card 2 This is a super fun card I made and I used Vintage wishes stamp set, Aqua blue ink for the sky and sentiment from Bloom.  I stamped the girl from the stamp set and coloured her. For the background, I used alcohol markers an

Hope you all had a chance to see the new release, if you didn't check out  Tubby craft . For today's post, I will be using Rowing Mice stamp set  to make my cards.  Card 1 For my first card here, I used the boat and the sailing mice and stamped, coloured and fuzzy cut it out.  I took a white card stock and inked the top of the card with  Lemon yellow  ink. I die cut some waves from vellum and inked with Aqua blue and Turquoise ink Using Jet black ink and Stripes stencil, I striped on side of card stock. I started layering the waves together and tucked in the boat and mice together. I added this to the striped stencil card base.  To finish the card, I added gem stones and a sentiment.  Card 2 For my next card, I kept it very simple and focused on the mice with binoculars For the card, I drew some rocks and coloured with pe
