Hathi ghoda paalki, Jai kanhaiya laal ki! Hello everyone and a very happy Janmashtami. Janmashtami is one of my fav festivals, and so, I thought of making a card to celebrate the occasion, but I came up with two ideas coz these monochromatic cards are super quick to make! Here are today's projects; CARD 1 For this card, I started by stamping the main image from the Krishna stamp set onto white cardstock using Lavender Violet tubby dye ink and then fussy cut it out. Then I stamped the greeting onto a white strip with the same ink and then cut it as a banner. For the base, I chose a purple card base and then added a few diagonal layers and a silver mirror cardstock swirl die cut for some interest. Now, I simply foam taped the image and the sentiments and our card is done! Have a closer look at the card; CARD 2 This card is also very easy to make, Start by taking a white A2 card panel and stamp the phrase onto it with Lavender Violet tubby dye ink to create a background.
