JINGLE BELLS , JINGLE BELLS , JINGLE ALL THE WAY

Hello My Crafty friends ,

With all the joy and happiness which Christmas brings along, i am Delighted to share my first DT project for Tubby Craft.

Christmas is the season of happiness and giving . Its always nice to get presents but even more amazing to give gifts to those who hold dear to your heart and remind them how much you appreciate them and are grateful for them for being incredible people who bring joy to you all year around .

So i am sharing two inspirational projects for Christmas . The first is the Christmas card and the second is the Christmas wooden ornament.

Snowglobe Shaker Christmas Card

For the front panel of the card, i drew a circle of radius 5.5 cms using a compass on a watercolor sheet  . Then using the same center point i drew another concentric circle of radius 5 cms. Then i handdrew the base of the snowglobe. Once the drawing is done, i had cut out the snowglobe and the paper within the 5 cm circle in order to get a circular frame. Now using the front panel i had trace two snowglobe outline on the watercolor paper for the center panel and the back panel.

Next using the Christmas animals stamp set and Medium Acrylic block from Tubby Craft, i stamped the Cute Christmas Animals in the center of the center panel. I also stamped the Christmas animals on another sheet (lets call it rough sheet)  which i will be using for masking. I'd cut out the christmas animals from the rough sheet and placed it on the christmas animals of the Center panel. The rough sheet will protect the animals of the base sheet from getting the color when we color the background.

Next using the blending brushes and dye ink pads - Aqua blue and Sapphire blue , i colored the background of the center panel and the frame of the front panel. Then using my watercolors i colored my Christmas animals. Next i splattered white poster color to give the snow effect.

Next i stamped up the sentiment Merry Christmas from the same stamp set. Then i fixed an acetate sheet/ OHB sheet on the back of the front panel and added some mounting tape along the circular frame . Then i added some snowflakes shaker elements and fixed the front panel to the center panel of the card . Next i scored a margin of 1 cms and applied glue within the margin of the back panel and fixed it to the center panel .

Our Snowglobe Shaker Christmas Card with cute Christmas animals singing jingle bells , jingle bells, jingle all the way is ready.

Be someone's secret santa by sending them your handmade shaker snowglobe card.

I am sure your sweet gesture will make someones Christmas merrier and joyful.

Christmas Wooden Ornament

By the way , have you decorated your Christmas tree yet ??

Not yet !! And if you are thinking of Christmas ornaments then dont rush to market, instead lets make one.

For the next project i am going to make Christmas ornament using the same stamp set - Christmas animals and a wooden log.

I primed the base of my wooden log and then stamped up the Christmas animals stamp using tubby craft dye ink pad - jet black and medium acrylic block

Then i colored the image and background using acrylic colors. Once the colors dried i varnished them . Next i added rope in the hole in my wooden log and knotted it well.

My christmas ornament is ready to be put up on my Christmas tree. The wooden ornament makes a perfect Secret Santa gift too.

I hope you guys give it a try and also share your comments with me .

Until we meet next, have a holly jolly Christmas.

ATC coins using mini stamps

Hello there, This is Priyadarshini here today, I have ATC coins here today using stamps from Tubby craft. I have used 3 different stamps to make these. They are easy and quick to make and absolute fun too. I have a common base here which is black cardstock and die cut small circle from white cardstock. I created different background for each using stencils and inks from Tubby craft.  What are Artist trading coins? They are miniature art created on 2.5"circle of heavy base cardstock.  ATC with stenciled background                      First, I stenciled the white cardstock using stencils and dye inks. Then added this to a black circle die cut.  Inks used are:  Turquoise ,  Olive green ,  Lavender violet I offset the stencil to get a a complete stenciled background. I stamped the images from  Lovely Owl  and  Butterfly Love  and coloured them with colour pencils.  To embellish, I added corrugated sheet, cotton gauze and twine.  To finish the coins, I added

Tubby Craft - Penguin Love - Birthday Cards by Deepti

Hello Everyone, I'm stopping by to share two birthday cards using cute Tubby Craft stamp called "Penguin Love" and "Birthday Wishes". I have used Masking technique to make both the cards. Card 1 To make this card, I die cut out the white card stock and stamped the penguins by masking them using Black tubby craft ink. Once satisfied, I stamped the balloons too and colored all these images using alcohol markers. After that I stamped the sentiment on white strip and adhered the same using foam tape along with washi tape. Glued it on Pista green card stock. Finally added some clear sequins to complete it. Here is my second card using same stamp set.. For this card also, I die cut out white card stock . Then I stamped the image and masked it to ink the background. After that I stamped the balloons and the sentiment. Added stamped and fussy cut gift too.  Finally adhered it on matching note card and added some matching s

Two amazing anniversary cards by Anushree

Hi Everyone !! Hope you all are doing good and crafting too. I have two cards for today. I have highlighted  different techniques for each card. Onto my first card, I have tried showcasing repeated stamping in a border style . I have used Plumeria Florals stamp set and Jet Black dye ink from Tubby craft to stamp the border first. Next I chose Imperial Red and Lead gray dye inks from Tubby Craft to color my florals. Sentiment is a die cut on Gold card stock and the card is embellished in gold peals. For border,I have adhered Gold border die cut to enhance the card on a black cardstock. Now onto my second card, I am using Checkered Stencil for the background .I have used rainbow colors from Tubby Craft Dye ink collection to put them on paper using blending brushes. I masked the center with a circle die cut before applying inks to the card base. Once stenciled background is ready,I removed the mask and stamped sentiment from Luc
