Jai Hind everyone! Wishing you all a very happy Republic Day... On this glorious 72nd republic day, I would love to show you a patriotic craft project. These are called Bendi cards and looks fantastic! (and is super easy to make too!) Let's check out its construction... To begin with, I took a 5 3/4" square of cardstock, a 2 3/4" x 5" and a 2" x 5" piece of cardstock. Using a cloud stencil and Aqua Blue ink, I ink blended the sky background on the square cardstock. The other two pieces were scored at 1/2" on both sides, folded and then blended with Lawn Green and Emerald Green inks for the ground and then shaped using stitched hillside dies. Now, I attached the tabs of the larger rectangular piece from the left side of the square and the smaller one from the right side. Placing in an appealing manner, I attached the other tab of the left piece, curving it, to around 1/4th short off the right side of the square and then the tab of the right piece, to ar

Valentines Day card and Tag using Love Roses Stamp set

This is my first blog post for this year 2021, so wishing you all a very Happy New Year. Today I am on the blog to share with  you card and a Tag I made using Tubby Craft newly released stamp set  Love Roses  .  This stamp set comes in a  DIY paper craft kit - Love Theme .  Slimline cards are fun and on-trend right now.  They are also addictive!  So this time I created a slimline card.  The most common sizes for Slimline cards are either 8 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches or 9 inches x 4 inches and will fit in a standard business-size envelope."  As the valentines day is approaching so I thought that I should  create something keeping it in mind. So for my card I took a red cardstock of 8 1/2inches and 3 1/2inches and stamped my images using Versamark ink . I embossed the roses from the stamp set using Ranger Gold embossing powder . I did lodes of masking in my stamping . Once I was done with my heat embossing I took Imperial Red ink pad and highlighted the area above the embossed Ros

Making Four Cards With Our DIY Papercrafting Kit | Video With Tasha

Hey Crafty People! It's Tasha here today, sharing four cards I made using the awesome    DIY Papercraft Kit - Love Theme , you can see how I put all of the cards together and some super quick background ideas. All of my cards use some of the images from the stamp set that I put together really simply: Roses   I chose two papers from the patterned paper pad that I thought would work well as the Roses themselves and the stems & leaves.   I stamped the various flowers and leaves onto their corresponding patterned papers using Ultra Slow Drying embossing ink and added some super fine embossing powder in the colour Platinum. Once they were heat set, I fussy cut each one and glued together the various blooms, stems & leaves. I love how they turned out!!! This is a super fun and easy way to get lots of no colour roses in a pretty quick way!! Card 1   I started with an a2 panel of Neenah 80lb and blended some Imperial Red over the brick stencil, starting in the centre o

Colors of Love! - Two V-day Cards I DT Anirudh

Hello to all you lovely people out there! With the fast-approaching Valentine's Day, I thought of sharing with you two simple and elegant cards feat. the Couple Hugs Stamp. Here are the two cards I made and I kept the colors White-Red-Black which I think are the best combination for love-themed projects... Now, let me show you how I put these cards together; CARD 1 I started with a white card panel and used a heart background die for some interest. Then, I adhered it to a red card base.  Now, using one of the couple images and 'hugs' from the stamp set, I stamped it over a matching red cardstock scrap using embossing ink, sprinkled black embossing powder, heat set it and fussy cut it out. Then I simply used double-height foam tape to raise the couple piece and single-layer foam tape for the 'hugs' piece. Using sentiments from the stamp set and Jet Black dye ink, I completed the sentence and finished the card. CARD 2 This card was really a quick one! Starting with a
