Hi everyone, Anirudh this side and today I have an amazing technique using stamps.
I'm featuring Layered Image Technique.
This technique gives stamped images pop and dimension!
Let's dig into this very easy technique;
CARD 1
I started with stamping the flower image of the Bloom stamp several times over a yellow and green cardstock using Jet Black dye ink. Then I fussy cut the images as a layering die-cut. Then using double-sided adhesive foam tape, I layered the images over one another starting from the biggest to smallest. Now, using the same ink, I stamped the flower image on a card front panel and over this, I adhered the layered flower piece. Lastly, I added a sentiment using Imperial red Dye Ink and attached it to a card base. I also glued a button embellishment for fun.
Here's a closer look at the dimensional flower,
CARD 2
This card is slightly different in the layering aspect.
For this card, I chose the elegant Rose and More stamp. As before, I stamped the complete image over a pine green cardstock and twice over ruby red cardstock. After fussy cutting, instead of heaping paper layers, I used double stacks of double-sided adhesive foam tape. This saves me from cutting several times (a bonus point, isn't it!). Then I added a sentiment and finished the card with some dimensional half pearls.
Have a look at this variation,
I hope these cards inspire you to try this technique...
