They are created equally.
I made two cards using "It's a Boy" and "It's a Girl" stamp sets from Tubby Craft and and Tubby Craft dye ink pads.

I made two cards using "It's a Boy" and "It's a Girl" stamp sets from Tubby Craft and and Tubby Craft dye ink pads.
First, I stamped stars and circles with Lead Grey, Aqua blue, Chinese Blue, Light Pink,
Hot Pink and Raspberry inks.
After that, stamp & color the image from the Tubby Craft "It's a Boy" and "It's a Girl" stamp sets.
Then I stamped the sentiment with Tubby Craft Jet Black ink pad.
After that, stamp & color the image from the Tubby Craft "It's a Boy" and "It's a Girl" stamp sets.
Then I stamped the sentiment with Tubby Craft Jet Black ink pad.
