Hello Friends,
This is Deepti from Vishesh Collections. Here I'm back with my another post to inspire you For today's cards I've used Tubby Crafts small stamp called "Butterfly Love".
I did masking and lots of ink blending and heat embossing to make these beauties.
Over to my cards.
Card 1
Here are the steps to make this card.
1. I took A2 size die cut out watercolor card stock and with my square dies I put pencil marking for my reference and stamped the sentiment using "Lucky Quote" stamp set (you can do this step at later stages also)
2. After this, I masked it with masking tape which I die cut out using stitched square dies and ink blended the background using tubby craft inks as shown in the pic.
3. Then I stamped the butterflies using versamark embossing pad.
4. After that I removed the masking paper and heat embossed it using clear embossing powder and adhered it on white A2 size note card.
5. Meanwhile, I stamped the butterflies on vellum and heat embossed it using gold embossing powder and fussy cut the same.
6. Finally adhered the vellum butterflies on the front panel along with some gold sequins to complete it.
This is how clear embossing was looking in light.
Here is the close up..
Card 2
To make this card :
1. I took A2 size white note card...Tried some fun technique... I have used the back side of the the butterfly stamp for stamping... (Have you ever stamped with the back side of your stamp.. would love to know...) It's so much fun.. I really enjoyed it. I used tubby crafts's rainbow colors for stamping.
2. Once satisfied, I stamped the butterflies ( using the actual side ;)) with versamark embossing pad and heat embossed it using gold embossing powder.
3. Added the handwritten and die cut out sentiment and then applied glossy accent on the die cut sentiment to add interest.
I hope you get inspired.
Thank you so much for stopping by!!
