Floral cards by Anushree

Hi friends,
This is Anushree today on the blog and I am super excited to present my very first post for Tubby Craft blog.
I have two gorgeous cards for today. I always find myself mesmerised by the beautiful flowers around, for this post also I chose to start with florals. Starting with the first card, here is my take with the newly launched flower stamp set by Tubby Craft

I completely fell in love with this beautiful stamp set named “Swirls and Florals”. I have used lot of masking to make flower panel. I started with creating an enchanted background for this flowers. I have used Aqua Blue and Chocolate Brown Tubby Craft Dye Ink pads for that. Once the background was ready, I have done some white splatters to create interest and stamped the sentiment with Tubby Craft Jet Black Ink pad. Then I have handcut the fence for my second layer and distressed with wild honey shade. For all stamping, I have used Tubby Craft Jet Black Dye ink.I have also used Lawn green and Hot pink inks to stamp in the flower panel. Here are few pictures of the process.

Step 1

Step 2

Step 3

Step 4
Lastly I colored the flowers with Tubby craft ink pads.

I was super happy to see that these ink pads are multipurpose, be it creating backgrounds or crisp sentiment stamping or water coloring, they suit all purpose. I simply loved them. First time I also got to use acrylic blocks by Tubby Craft which are again a must for all crafters. I liked the grip design and also line pattern on these blocks for perfect inline stamping.
Once all ready, I started adhering various layers to my card panel which is 5*6 inches. I have used clear glue to stick the background and fence and double sided tape to stick flower panel to the main card.

Material Used:
1.   Tubby Craft stamps
(Swirls and Florals)

2.  Tubby craft Ink pads
(Hot pink,Jet black,Aqua blue,Chocolate Brown,Lawn green)

3.  Tubby Craft Acrylic block

Coming to my second card, I have used another lovely floral stamp from Tubby Craft “Floral Invitation”.

Here is my card,

For this card I took main card base of size 6*4 inches and adhere a piece of vellum with size 5*2 inches. Then I took a circle die cut on white cardstock and stamped the image with Jet black dye ink from Tubby Craft.I colored these flowers with Zig water colors and used some Dovecraft golden glue to enhance the centers. The sentiment is also stamped using Jet black ink and then fussy cut before attaching to the main card with double sided tape. Rest all is adhered with clear glue. Lastly attached some Gumdrops to the card to add interest. Attaching few pics of the making

Hello Everyone, I'm stopping by to share two birthday cards using cute Tubby Craft stamp called "Penguin Love" and "Birthday Wishes". I have used Masking technique to make both the cards. Card 1 To make this card, I die cut out the white card stock and stamped the penguins by masking them using Black tubby craft ink. Once satisfied, I stamped the balloons too and colored all these images using alcohol markers. After that I stamped the sentiment on white strip and adhered the same using foam tape along with washi tape. Glued it on Pista green card stock. Finally added some clear sequins to complete it. Hi Everyone !! Hope you all are doing good and crafting too. I have two cards for today. I have highlighted  different techniques for each card. Onto my first card, I have tried showcasing repeated stamping in a border style . I have used Plumeria Florals stamp set and Jet Black dye ink from Tubby craft to stamp the border first. Next I chose Imperial Red and Lead gray dye inks from Tubby Craft to color my florals. Sentiment is a die cut on Gold card stock and the card is embellished in gold peals. For border,I have adhered Gold border die cut to enhance the card on a black cardstock. Now onto my second card, I am using Checkered Stencil for the background .I have used rainbow colors from Tubby Craft Dye ink collection to put them on paper using blending brushes. I masked the center with a circle die cut before applying inks to the card base. Once stenciled background is ready,I removed the mask and stamped sentiment from...
